Sunday Brunch + Final Bodyrock work out

Hi!

So yesterday I completed day 30 of the 30 day bodyrock challenge!.. WOO HOO I DID IT

No more listening to this lady!

and after just 30 days I look EXACTLY like that….NAHT. l.o.l.

On a more serious note, I am a HUGE fan of bodyrock work outs. I noticed after 30 days that I feel stronger, and completing push ups and burpees has become a lot less challenging!

Here was my final fit test scores

  • Squat Jumps: 37
  • Push Ups: 21
  • Burpees: 13
  • High Knees: 134
  • Switch Lunges: 33
  • Tuck Jumps: 29
  • Straight Abs: 23

I completed all these moves for 50 seconds, with a 10 second rest in between each move.

I can’t really tell you if I “see” results from doing this challenging because honestly, while I’ve been eating healthy, my alcohol consumption the past few weeks has been pretty bad..and by bad I mean just think about a typical college weekend..ya.

But at least I’ve been having fun right?

ANYways..I’m excited to start bringing back other work outs like classes at the gym, weight lifting, and going for runs

but overall I will definitely continue to do bodyrock work outs because they are fast and effective, which a lot of the time during the spring semester is what I need!

Onto brunch this morning!

I walked right next door to 7 eleven this morning to get eggs and coffee..for some reason I always get sketched out going to the 7 eleven..not sure why but just thought I’d share that

I cooked about 7 egg whites and 1 egg yolk with spinach and a little cottage cheese, salt, and pepper for Molly and I to split. Alongside was an english muffin with goat cheese (way better than cream cheese trust me!) jelly, and hummus

nom nom nom

At some point today we’ll be going grocery shopping..if Molly can get out of her bed!

rough lives we’re living..

Happy Sunday!

I love goat cheese! I need to buy some soon. My favorite brunch is pancakes with lots of syrups and fruits or crepes!!

  6. Wow! That lady in the picture is intense lol If that’s really how people look after doing it for a month, I would only need about 2 weeks of that to be in tip-top shape! ha πŸ™‚ I have never heard of Body Rock, but I am going to look into it.

My fav brunch is a veggie omelet with extra salsa on top, and a side of whole grain pancakes! Or a large, fluffy cinnamon roll..!
